The Board of Directors & Staff
Board members serve in a unique trusteeship role. They are not directly involved in agreement building and the board never approves or rejects the agreements built by others.
Rather, the board protects the availability, creativity and integrity of these services for the benefit of the community. Board members represent diverse viewpoints, but they share a common commitment to encourage agreement building.
Steve Miksis, President
Steve Miksis is a Certified Public Accountant with Linkenheimer LLP CPA's & Advisors.
Patrick Kilkenny, Treasurer
Pat Kilkenny has been the President and CEO of the National Bank of the Redwoods for twenty years and has a long history of community service.
Helena Whistler, Co Secretary
Helena Whistler has worked for the Sonoma County Department of Child Suppport services since 1982. She is presently the Program Development Manager.
Chris Carrieri, Co Secretary
Chris Carrieri is a partner in C2 Alternative Services, a small consulting business specializing in waste reduction and recycling. He is the board representative for RECOURSE Mediation Services as a long time volunteer.
Michael Allen
Michael Allen is the President of the North Bay Labor Council.
Frank Briceno
Frank Briceno is an Attorney at Law and a member of the Santa Rosa Junior College Puente Council. He also serves as a Trustee for Santa Rosa Junior College.
Chris Jones
Chris Jones is the Marketing Director for Linkenheimer LLP CPA's and Advisors and is the owner of Lobentre, a web designing company.
Thomas Sink
Tom Sink is a partner in Sink Law Office and a former Mayor of Cloverdale.
Carol Tremmel
Carol Tremmel is the Program Manager for Sonoma State University's School of Extended Education. She was a member of the founding board.
Andy Wick
Andy Wick is the Managing Associate General Counsel-Litigation School and College Legal Services in Santa Rosa. He also serves on the Sonoma County Parks and Recreation Commission.
Staff
Annette Townley, Executive Director
Annette Townley also serves on the faculty in the Conflict Resolution Program at Sonoma State University. She specializes in training and consulting services in mediation, negotiation, organizational change, collaborative problem solving, facilitation, consensus building and cross cultural awareness.
